Tasting Notes

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation, partly in large casks and partly in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: On lees, partly in large casks and partly in stainless steel tanks for approximately 9 months.

Appearance: Straw-yellow with a red shimmer.

Aroma: Slightly aromatic, pronounced bouquet, fruity (melon, peach) spicy and mineral notes.

Palate: Rich and quite opulent, lively, fresh, fruity and dry flavours.

Food Matching: Starters, pâtés and terrines, cold meat, all kinds of fish and seafood, white meat and poultry.

Cellaring Potential: Best to be drunk within 2-6 years.
