Wine and Winery Information

Three people – Nicola Oberto and father Federico Oberto plus Vladimiro Rambaldi - and a vineyard in the hamlet of Berri of La Morra: hence Trediberri, the three guys from Berri. They are producing wines with enthusiasm with a focus on terroir on their 8 hectares, entirely within the confines of La Morra in Barolo, planted to Nebbiolo, in the Crus of Berri and Rocche dell’Annunziata (owned) and Capalot (leased).

The Barbera comes from their own vineyards close to the winery within Borgata Torriglione plus a small percentage from an old rented vineyard in Berri. Most of the vineyards in Berri were planted quite recently at high density. The Rocche dell’Annunziata vineyard is however 40 years old on average and the gap between vines is more traditional: 2.80 m per 1.1 m. Trediberri only use organic compounds in the vineyard and since 2012 our winery has been certified by CCPB srl, Bologna as in conversion to organic.
