Contesa Cerasuolo d'Abbruzzo 2015

Pink cerasuolo colour, limpid and consistent. On the nose it appears intense, with floral fragances of rose, violets and a hint of pomegranate. The palate is well-balanced, persistent and generous.

Food Link 
The wine is an ideal accompaniment to Italian “antipasto” such as salumi and fresh cheeses. Because of the wine’s freshness and balance Contesa Cerasuolo is a perfect match for Brodetto Abruzzese (Abruzzese style fish soups) and terrific with sushi.

The grapes are first crushed, pressed off and then undergo a cold maceration for 18 hours at low temperatures (8-10°C). The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
