Wine and Winery Information

Introducing a new red from the Azahara range. Azahara derives from the Spanish Azahar, translating to ‘orange blossom’. Our Spanish owned vineyards are interspersed with citrus and mango groves, and Azahara symbolises the unique location of our vines. Selected from our finest Shiraz parcels and matured in old French and American oak barrels. Juicy dark berries, black cherry and liquorice notes are balanced by a well-structured body and lingering finish. Subtle oak and silky tannins makes this Shiraz perfect to enjoy now. Ideal with lamb cutlets, pork buns and char-grilled meats.

  1. Sublime! 5 Star Review

First tried this wine in a restaurant, and gladly paid $70. A fantastic wine - very smooth and easy-drinking, more Pinot Noir than Shiraz.

  2. You will not find a better Shiraz for $10 5 Star Review

First tried this wine in a Hurricane restaurant, my friends all loved it so we tracked it down and ordered it from Winecave.
This Shiraz is smooth as silk and like an aged red, it doesn't have to be decanted to calm the bite. The flavour may not be as full bodied as $50+ Shiraz, but it is a beauty to drink.
Definitely rates up there as a daily red.
